Free Shipping:

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over £50 within the UK.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Samples:

  • Please note that samples are not tracked.

Orders Over £15:

  • For packages over £15, a tracking number will be provided. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website.

 
Shipping Restrictions

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you have any special shipping requirements, please contact our customer service team at info@peachyherbalblends.com before placing your order.

 
Delivery Issues

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy

 

At Peachy Herbal Blends, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please read our policy below to understand our return and exchange procedures.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us:

    • Email us at info@peachyherbalblends.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization:

    • Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.

  3. Pack and Ship:

    • Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging (if possible). Include a copy of your receipt or the order number. Ship the item(s) back to us at the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused.

  • We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used due to health and hygiene reasons.

  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the return authorization.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return conditions.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the item(s).

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will issue a refund and you can place a new order for the desired item(s).
